How is Bibim Paws made?

Bibim Paws is made with only fresh, organic and human grade ingredients in an USDA inspected Los Angeles commercial kitchen. All products are gently cooked and prepared in small batches so the ingredients do not lose their nutritional value. All recipes were formulated with the help of holistic vets and board certified vet nutritionists so they are balanced and meet the AAFCO requirements for adult dogs and cats naturally.

 

Are all of the ingredients organic?

Yes! Bibim Paws uses only certified organic ingredients in all recipes. Also the meat used in all of our products are sourced from certified humane farms ensuring the farm animals were humanely raised.

 

How should I switch my pet's food to Bibim Paws food?

It is recommend to slowly introduce any new food or treats to your pet by gradually increasing the amount of new food daily and decreasing the amount of old food over a 7-14 days (depending on the sensitivity of your pet's stomach).

 

How much do I need to feed my pet?

Feeding Instructions for fresh bowls (adult dogs):

5 - 10 lbs : 1/2 -1 cup a day

10 - 20 lbs: 1 - 1 1/2 cups a day

20 - 30 lbs: 1 1/2 - 2 cups a day

Add 1/2 cup for every additional 10 lbs of dog's weight.

One regular dog bowl consists of approximately 2 cups of food.

One large dog bowl consists of approximately 4 cups of food.

 

Feeding Instructions for fresh bowls (adult cats):

Cats weight up to 11 lbs = 3/4 - 1 cup per day

Cats over 11 - 25 lbs = 1.25 - 2.5 cups per day

One cat bowl consists of approximately 1.5 cups of food.

How long will the food stay fresh after delivery?

Please place the fresh bowls immediately in the freezer when it arrives. Thaw the food in the fridge for about 12 hours before mixing and serving. We recommend using the fresh food within 48 hours of thawing.

 

What if my pet doesn't like the food or any of your other products?

Most pets love the fresh and tasty recipes along with our other products but if your pet doesn't approve, send an email to info@bibimpaws.com to either try out another option or for a refund.

 

Is the packaging recyclable or eco-friendly?

Yes! All containers are made out of biodegradable, compostable or curbside recyclable material.

Find Bibim Paws organic treats at all Erewhon locations.

Same-day deliveries for our fresh bowls, treats and Supaw Kimchi are available through Good Eggs (LA and Bay Area).

When will my order ship?

Most purchases (excluding fresh, frozen items such as our bowls, DIY kits and Supaw Kimchi) will ship on the same day or the next business day Monday-Friday. The Supaw Kimchi will ship out Mon-Wed to avoid delayed shipping over the weekend. The Supaw Kimchi will need to placed in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives.

For all items that require temperature sensitive packaging like our freshly prepared bowls, DIY kits, Supaw Sauce and ground meat: we only ship on Mondays-Wednesdays to prevent delays.  These items require dry ice in order to keep them frozen and are temperature sensitive so we do not want to risk your order being stuck in transit over the weekend.

We try not to keep fresh items like our fresh bowls and DIY kits too long in the freezer so that every order is made fresh to order. We try our best to ship out your fresh orders as soon as possible, but please understand if there is a slight delay, it is due to preparing our fresh items as fresh as possible. You should expect to receive your fresh orders within 3-7 days of ordering.

We recommend signing up for subscription orders if you'd prefer to have your pet's fresh bowls or DIY kits to arrive at a specific date each week or month. This will help us to keep track of your scheduled orders so there will be no delays when preparing and shipping out your fresh orders.

What if I'm not home when the fresh bowls are delivered?

All of our fresh items (like our fresh bowls, ground meat, Supaw Sauce and DIY kits) will stay frozen until later in the day when the package arrives in a curbside recyclable cooler with dry ice. But please make sure to put all perishable items in the freezer as soon as you can. Any dry ice leftover in the box can be left in the box so it can dissipate on its own.
